  • 2023-2024

    Registration for mentors

    Mentors can apply for Mentorship throughout the year. Once a profile has been approved and published on the website, the mentor will receive a confirmation email.
  • 28th of February - 20th of March, 2024

    Registration for mentees is open

    Mentees will have the opportunity to choose a mentor and apply for a long-term mentorship relationship until the 20th of March.
  • 12th of March, 2024

    Panel Discussion “Challenges Faced by Women in Technology and How Mentors Can Help?”

    This discussion will cover topics such as the specific challenges that women in technology often encounter and how mentorship can provide support and guidance.

  • 21th March - 1st of April, 2024

    Matching process

    Once the application period has ended, the Mentorship Programme Team will review the applications recieved. A list of selected mentees will then be sent to the appropriate mentor, along with their profiles and information about their goals and expectations for the mentorship. Based on their availability, mentors will then begin to accept mentees.
  • 11th of April, 2024

    Introduction emails

    Once the list of matched mentors and mentees is complete, all participants will receive an introduction email containing the next steps.
  • 11th of April, 2024

    Kick-off meeting

    Kick-off meeting: once mentors and mentees have been selected and matched, there will be a kick-off meeting and orientation to introduce the programme and set expectations.
  • 12-20th of April, 2024

    First meeting

    The mentor and mentee will start schedule their first meeting to get to know each other and set goals for the mentorship.
  • April - November, 2024

    Regular meetings

    Throughout the programme, mentors and mentees will schedule regular meetings to discuss progress and share advice and feedback. The frequency of these meetings will depend on the preferences of the mentor and mentee, however, they will typically occur every 1-2 weeks.
  • July and October, 2024

    Programme check-ins

    Mentors and mentees will be invited to a mentorship check-in meeting twice during the cycle to assess progress and collect feedback.
  • November, 2024

    End of the Programme

    The mentor and mentee will agree their final meeting to conclude their sessions.
    The Mentorship Programme Team will then hold a meeting for all mentors and mentees to wrap up the mentorship programme and discuss wins, progress and outcomes of the programme.

  • November and December, 2024

    Programme evaluation and feedback

    Once the programme has ended, mentors and mentees will provide their feedback and suggest ways to improve for the future.
    This may take a few weeks.
